"I am currently in Toronto, Canada", was a line placer a few years ago. Trying to recall, it was a lonely time away from home with nothing to do.
Once comes to realize that the mind never rests. Keeping the mind fed and busy helps on sleep better in a cold hotel far away from the warm, dirty, polluted, tropics ... what am I saying ...! :-p
At any rate the next conference, I was pretty "warm" and "snug". Woohoo!
